From risk to asterisk and back again.

Whether you’re a big name brand or start-up, it starts with a spark.

Let’s get stoking.

Meet Boss Dorothy.

She gave herself this title at the ripe age of three, and needless to say, it stuck. Claire (Gude) Harrison has been a creator/entrepreneur since her playground days—selling bookmarks to classmates and teachers. She started her own ad agency in college “just for the fun of it,” and soon after landed a job at arguably one of the best branding firms in the region. There, Claire honed her creative skills, developing iconic brands out of mom and pops (Mildred’s Coffeehouse, Unforked, Women’s Foundation) and helping evolve established ones (Lee Jeans, Intuit, Hallmark). She then went on a roller coaster ride that is the startup world—playing every part from creative director, to Sasquatch wrangler, to head of marketing. Today, whether it be brand, product or marketing, she thrives on helping people solve problems.
